  This review is not for this office, but AT&T and their customer service in general, but since they represent AT&T and a customer will have to deal with them eventually, I feel like it's all the same. My story: Local tech (great person) told me I could upgrade from 17 to 45 mg service, when I first ordered it rep said 17 is all i can get. After 1hr+ hold time and phone rep saying that first person I talked to on the phone didn't log out of my account, I was going to get a call back, once everything is resolved. Needless to say, no call back. Next day phone rep says 24 is all I can get. AT&T: get your S&^%t together, this has been the most frustrating experience ever for me! In my home or work, I chose Comcast or whoever else possible before you guys. The only time it's AT&T is when nothing else is available at better speeds.

  I was helped almost immediately after I arrived and I wasn't pressured to buy anything I didn't need/want. The lady that helped me was named Yo, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this location.
