- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆November 30, 2019, by Nancy CahillWent to T-Mobile because I live in a remote area. T-Mobile offers Wi-Fi calling. Staff there recommended that I get a prepaid account to see if I could get service before I ported my number. Even though I told them I was interested in Wi-Fi calling, they did not tell me that it will not work with a prepaid account. Went back and they would not give credit. I do not get service and WiFi calling does not work.
